Once we have begun fulfilling an order, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.
Policy Details
A refund may be requested BEFORE the product, or service, is delivered. Once we have begun fulfilling your order, a refund is no longer an option.
If a product or service is significantly not as described, please email us at trussgrinders@gmail.com and a member of our management team will review the situation. Our decisions are done on a case by case basis.
There is no obligation for TrussBadges.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer's remorse sets in.
In accordance to our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.
